From the operations floor up.
An operations and supply chain professional based in Central Florida, with more than five years of leadership experience covering corporate dining, purchasing, and distribution.
The story
His career started at Panera Bread, where he worked his way up from Store Associate to Associate Trainer, Store Supervisor, and then Assistant Store Manager at a high-volume location. He then moved into contract food service and took on a management role in Walt Disney World's food service operations, recognized as one of the youngest people ever to hold that position. Along the way, he has overseen weekly product volume across 20+ locations and trained more than 200 employees and 20 managers.
Alongside his operations career, he took on a freelance marketer role. He founded APX Social, an advertising and social media marketing agency for car dealerships. He ran the content, lead-generation campaigns, and automation that took clients from almost no online presence to more than 75 million views and 80,000 followers. For one client, Autohaus of Orlando, that meant 72,000 new followers and leads at $1.92 each in six months. He's building toward a marketing role within corporate dining.
The two sides feed each other. Supply chain taught him to forecast, track every dollar, and fix whatever the numbers say is broken. Marketing taught him how demand gets created and what it takes to keep up with it. A campaign is only as good as the operation behind it, and an operation runs best when it knows what demand is coming.
He is driven by making things run better: tighter operations, smarter supply chains, sharper marketing, and teams that are set up to win.
Philosophy
He believes a great supply chain is one nobody notices. When the right product is in the right place at the right time, the people serving guests can focus on the guest. His approach comes from years on the operations floor, where he saw firsthand how a missed delivery or a bad order ripples all the way to the customer.
Built around four ideas:
Start from the front line
Every decision upstream should make life easier for the people doing the work downstream.
Let the numbers lead
Forecasting, par levels, and vendor performance should be measured, not guessed. Data turns waste into savings.
Strong partners, strong results
Suppliers, distributors, and teams work best when expectations are clear and relationships are built on trust.
Supply and demand, together
Marketing creates demand and supply chain meets it. Planned together, a promotion never runs out of product and an order never sits unsold.
His goal is simple: keep costs tight, waste low, and operations running so smoothly that nobody has to think twice.
